The ALLY Council connects the energy industry to resources and best practices. It provides a neutral platform for dialogue and actions to address equity and inclusive culture. It is a benefit of corporate, academic and association members of ALLY. We believe our progress will be accelerated by working together. Through the Energy Workforce of the Future initiative, the council is working on four critical issues across oil and gas, power and utilities, and renewables: the need for more inclusive culture, a way to measure key progress, the development of an industry value proposition for attraction of new talent, and to share best practices ongoing.
