As a strategic communications and employee engagement & change expert, Tim has won many hearts and minds, mainly in the energy sector. He has worked both in-house (Peninsula, British Gas) and as a Principal consultant (Shell, BP, Rolls-Royce, Equinix) enabling large corporations to be more successful through enhanced employee engagement, brand purpose, external marketing, strategic alignment and improving their employee experience. Tim’s uses his innate skills of employee engagement to quickly understand a company’s culture in order to achieve internal communications strategy and implement change initiatives. His experience includes behavioural safety, M&A integration communications, leadership development, executive coaching, DE&I, ESG, Sustainability and cyber behaviours change. Separately, Tim is an author, blogger and global public speaker about his physical and mental strategies to manage the chronic lung condition Cystic Fibrosis and type1 diabetes. He is a spokesperson and an advocate for equity in the workplace for people with physical and hidden disabilities.
