Catalyst, the global nonprofit focused on building workplaces that work for women, announced six new members have joined its Board of Directors, all CEOs of multinational companies.
The new board appointees are Albert Bourla, CEO, Pfizer; Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO, Uber; Brian Moynihan, Chairman & CEO, Bank of America; Elliott Portnoy, Global CEO, Dentons; Kathy Warden, CEO & President, Northrop Grumman Corporation; and Howard Willard, Chairman & CEO, Altria Group. The appointments were unanimously approved by the Catalyst Board of Directors, which is chaired by Cathy Engelbert, CEO, Deloitte, and their terms started March 14.
