Teresa Odom
Senior Vice President-Sustainability
Diversified Energy
Mrs. Odom serves as Diversified Energy’s Senior Vice President of Sustainability. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the development of strategic and value-creating sustainability initiatives, communicating those initiatives to the Company’s stakeholders primarily through sustainability reporting, and engaging various ESG rating agencies on whom Diversified’s investors and lenders rely for their capital allocation decisions. Teresa joined Diversified in March 2019 as Vice President of Investor Relations and transitioned into her Sustainability role in June 2021. Under her leadership, Diversified’s sustainability reporting journey has earned several recognitions for its thoroughness and transparency, including its most recent ESG Report of the Year award from ESG Awards 2023. She began her oil and natural gas industry career at the former Energen Corporation, where her more than 27-year tenure included a wide array of financial analyses, long-term forecasting, strategic planning and development, and stakeholder engagement. Teresa graduated with honors from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration.
Lynn Frostman
Vice President – Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility
Syzygy Plasmonics
Dr Lynn Frostman is VP of Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility at Syzygy Plasmonics, where she is developing and implementing Syzygy’s strategy on safety, sustainability, diversity, equity & inclusion, organizational development, community engagement, and corporate governance. She previously served as Syzygy’s VP of Engineering, leading the team developing novel photocatalytic reactors that will electrify the manufacturing of chemicals, fuels, and fertilizers, thereby reducing both cost and emissions. Prior to joining Syzygy, she spent 23 years in the oilfield services industry, including a variety of technical, strategic marketing, and operational roles at Baker Hughes and Newpark Fluids Systems. She holds both B.S. & Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering. Lynn currently serves as Chair of the External Advisory Board for the Chemical Engineering & Materials Science Department at the University of Minnesota, a member of the Michigan State University Engineering Alumni Board, and a member of the Pearland Innovation Hub Advisory Board.

Trina Engels is the Director of ESG for Talos Energy (NYSE:TALO), where she leads sustainability initiatives, drives ESG reporting efforts, maps carbon, and shapes the company’s energy transition strategy. Prior to Talos, she held the position of ESG Director for NewTech Global Environmental, where she advised private equity and small-size energy companies on sustainability planning and conducted emissions studies.

With more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, she has developed expertise working for both E&P and integrated companies such as Occidental Petroleum, Anadarko Petroleum, and ExxonMobil. Her previous roles ranged from technical to leadership in both onshore shale and offshore conventional resource plays around the world, and she had numerous corporate planning stints. Engels holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Harvard Business School alumnus through their Executive Education Program.

Cynthia received her J.D. from The University of Houston of Law in 2010. In 2004, she graduated from Louisiana State University with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to practicing law, Cynthia worked as a senior associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Houston. Cynthia serves on the board of the University of Houston Law Foundation, and is Co-Chair of the University of Houston Law Center’s Women of the Law. She is also a member of the advisory council to the Louisiana State University Ogden Honors College and the Tahirih Justice Center, Houston. Cynthia regularly writes and speaks on topics relating to U.S. capital markets, ESG issues, and SEC regulatory actions.
