Importance of Allyship

ALLY has developed an Energy Leader Academy for our members and is available to non-members on a space-available basis.  The Importance of Allyshipcreated by PowHer Consulting, a women and minority-owned consulting firm will leverage fresh content and insights to help companies create evergreen action plans. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

“Importance of Allyship” provides a strong foundation for anyone looking to learn what it takes to be a true ally in the workplace. An ally is a highly evolved person that navigates diversity, inclusion, and equity with strength and accountability. Through this 90-minute discussion, participants will leave with an understanding of why allyship is important and the keys to building trusting relationships at work.
