Grow with the Flow: Developing Rock Solid Resilience

ALLY has developed an Energy Leader Academy for our members and is available to non members on a space-available basis. Rock Solid Resilient Leadership Program was created by our founder and CEO, Katie Mehnert,  based on her book Grow with the Flow, Embrace Difference, Overcome Fear, and Progress with Purpose.  Ms. Mehnert spent her career in energy as a health, safety and environment leader focused on behavioral and cultural change.  Her experience helping companies navigate globalization, divestment, environmental and safety disasters, and organizational change led her to launch ALLY, a company focused on human capital and the energy workforce of the future.  

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We live in turbulent times of social and political upheaval.  Executives, leaders, and teams are managing ongoing changes and “black swan” like events that are compelling organizations to question the fundamentals of their businesses.  Underlying all of this is human capital and how work gets done.  The answer is to build great culture and rock solid resilience.  

In this program, you’ll learn how to confront fear and change and turn those into opportunities. You and your team will participate in exercises to enhance optimism, decrease stressors, and significantly increase well-being to help you with transition and build a framework to use for future change. 

Founder and CEO of ALLY, Katie Mehnert customizes the course to your audience through lessons and exercises that align with her book. Each participant will receive a copy of the book and the accompanying learning journal to participate.
