Berry Corporation (bry) has an immediate opening to fill a critical role for a Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Admin/Developer who will be responsible for supporting the C&J Well Services (CJWS) MSD application. This role is critical for CJWS and will be responsible for both the technical and functional support of the application. They will partner with the functional teams to provide support and build solutions to meet their business requirements and partner with Berry’s Enterprise Systems (ES) team to ensure that the MSD application strategy aligns with Berry’s ES team. The MSD Admin/Developer will also be responsible for technical and functional documentation, testing, training, and post-go-live production support. Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the overall management of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system.
Takes an active role in the development, maintenance, and/or support of MSD.
Creates new and improving current processes in D365 and recommends enhancements to better utilize the D365 system based on company requirements.
Creates new users, develops documentation, trains new users, and overall understands process flow within the D365 system.
Works directly with technical support partners/consultants for technical aspects/enhancements.
Works to understand business needs and incorporate best practices into the design of processes.
Helps to identify system solutions and/or incorporate processes to meet unique requirements.
Creates system design, testing, and training documentation.
Supports functional business process owners and team members, bridging legacy process to new system process and analysis or compilation of data as warranted.
Communicates external software interface requirements to enable business processes to be conducted using 3rd party software.
Provides training to finance and operations business process owners and team members.
Ensures that the MSD application strategy aligns with Berry’s ES/IT team strategy and applications.
Incorporates the latest MSD strategies, capabilities, and best practices into CJWS business processes and application solutions.
Develops and manages effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and personnel to coordinate work.
Ensures all internal control and audit requirements are met.
Communicates clearly, efficiently, and directly in a professional manner.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certificate in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or other related discipline.
5+ years of D365 F&O experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Project Management, Budgeting).
Technical, Analytical skills, and business knowledge.
Self-management and leadership ability with the ability to work independently when needed.
Advanced troubleshooting skills in D365FO.
Advanced computer skills.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines with professional follow‐through and minimal supervision.
Experience working in a very “hands-on” and detail‐oriented environment.
Experienced self‐starter with flexibility, desire to learn, willingness to ask questions, and take ownership of projects.
Communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task by supporting various applications daily.
Experience/exposure to the entire project life cycle and involvements in coordinating project activities.o
General knowledge of Common Networking, Field Telecommunications, and desktop productivity tools, processes, and standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Accounting knowledge.
SQL skills.
Power BI and/or Smartsheets experience.
