As a Field Services Coordinator you're to handle revenue and cost integrity. You're to execute steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate process. You're responsible for raising and tracking customer invoices

As a Field Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling revenue, cost integrity and providing support to service manager with agenda and work orders creation in Service max

  • Executing steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes and create, plan, and maintain jobs/projects in SAP

  • Working on mandatory finance requirements for invoicing, responsible for revenue recognition and ensuring dates are updated in SAP

  • Being responsible for creation of monthly reports and run reports & audits for compliance and ensuring financials are correctly assigned

  • Reviewing SOX report and do the needed corrections, keeping track of backlog, orders and other financials of the projects created

  • Maintaining Field Engineer time drop and ensure to follow up on accuracy of the time drop and train as needed

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Have previous SAP and Ariba knowledge with good MS Office skills

  • Have Minimum of 5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Sales Operations

  • Have ability works independently and as team player

  • Have excels under pressure, maintaining a calm, respectful demeanor and have ability to prioritize and make decisions at fast paced environment

  • Be able to anticipate and adapt to change and react efficiently, comfortable with ambiguity

  • Have good accuracy, attention to details and customer service orientation both internal and external

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills, good analytical skills. Well-developed organizational and time management skills. Have ability to multitask
