Ovintiv’s Human Resources Coop Student will be given an opportunity to learn about many functions within HR, including Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Management & Analytics, Learning & Development, Recruiting, and HR Advisory.
Working in our Human Resources Service Center (named “myHR”), you will learn the function of an HR Analyst – answering employee inquiries, processing HR transactions, continuous improvement of HR processes, and project and reporting/analytics support for HR Advisors.

How do I Qualify?
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field.
Must be enrolled as a full-time student through December 2022.
3.0 or higher GPA.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Some experience in an office environment preferred.
Available in Calgary, AB January 2022 through August 2022 (8-month term).
