The IT HCM Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the Oracle HCM IT team. This individual will provide domain oversight (both functional and technical expertise) for new development effort as well as annual HR events including Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with an HR system implementation from initiation to configuration through go-live.
Lead team of functional and technical resources to ensure platform is supported Build a cross-cultural team and play an active role in recruiting and people development Effectively communicate and manage project deliverables Document and track enhancement requests and work with the HR team to effectively prioritize backlog requests Hold daily standup calls with HCM team to ensure team alignment on priorities and deliverables Oversee testing and communication for quarterly Oracle upgrades, patches and bug fixes, communicate Oracle upgrade dates and plan to all relevant stakeholders Coordinate with Oracle for Service Requests (SRs) and new product releases Report out on SLA metrics, system adoption metrics, and KPIs Develop a strong relationship with the HR team and become a trusted advisor for the HR community Align HR group with Enterprise IT processes
Requirements & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in HR Systems Hands on experience implementing Oracle HCM (from initiation to configuration through go-live) Strong functional knowledge of HR systems Knowledge in project delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall MS Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred Ability to work in a global environment High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Strong project management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills High level of energy with a sense of urgency to complete tasks Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
