The Lifetime Achievement Award: The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals or groups who have made significant and sustained contributions to the energy industry by way of their leadership, scholarship, administration, or mentoring. They represent the most influential minds in the field of energy, sustainability, and climate. The Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honor bestowed by ALLY Energy.
The Professional Award: Professional GRIT Awards may go to any person who has demonstrated growth, resilience, innovation, and talent in the workplace in leadership, technical, or any other type of industry role. They have accepted challenges, learned from them, and developed new and creative ways to solve problems. They show up each day, do their best, and inspire others to do the same. The Executive Award: There’s no question about it, data has proven that diversity and inclusion start at the top. If leadership does not value ESG and DE&I, then it’s impossible to build a corporate culture that does. These executives have made sustainability and diversity, and inclusion a value, and this award goes to those leaders who empower and inspire those that they lead.
The Entrepreneur Award: Our industry was started by entrepreneurs – wildcatters and mavericks who risked their lives to build something for future generations. Although many of these companies have grown into large corporations, the entrepreneurial spirit is still alive and well in our industry. This award goes to modern-day trendsetters who have stepped out of their comfort zone with resilience and strength to bring something new to our industry.
The ALLY JEDI Award: An ally is a force for good who actively works to create a more inclusive and sustainable culture. In our eyes, an ally is a person who not only believes in cultivating more diversity, equity and justice in the workplace but diligently makes that belief into a reality. Allies go above and beyond the call of duty to sponsor and champion change.
The Gritty Girl: With the push for a sustainable future and an energy literate population, this award recognizes a female student who has GRIT and is building our energy future through her enthusiasm and involvement in an ongoing campaign or one-time energy project. This award aims to showcase the emerging energy superheroes working to power our planet.
The ESG and Climate Champion: As we move toward the energy transition, Climate & Sustainability Champions are needed more than ever. For this award, we're looking to recognize a passionate trailblazer around ESG who demonstrates a deep commitment to protecting the planet and creating a better future for all.
